Congressman Jake LaTurner (R-KS)
Jake LaTurner represents the 2nd Congressional District of Kansas in the U.S. House of Representatives. Congressman LaTurner has been an advocate for balancing the federal budget, opposing tax increases, and bringing fiscal responsibility to Washington. As a member of the powerful House Appropriations Committee, Rep. LaTurner sits on subcommittees overseeing federal funding of workforce, health and education programs. He also serves on the House Oversight and Accountability Committee where sits on subcommittees overseeing national and border security issues. Before his election to the House in 2020, Rep. LaTurner served as Kansas State Treasurer and in the Kansas State Senate.
Congressman Pete Stauber (R-MN)
Pete Stauber represents the 8th Congressional District of Minnesota in the U.S. House of Representatives. Congressman Stauber is a member of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, the Natural Resources Committee, and the Small Business Committee,. On the Natural Resources Committee, Rep. Stauber serves as the Chairman of the Energy Subcommittee where he is focused on maintaining American energy independence. He also sits on subcommittees overseeing federal forests, land management, and supply chain issues. Before his election to the House in 2018, Rep. Stauber worked in Minnesota as a county commissioner, as a city councilor, and as a police officer for over two decades.
