NLBMDA must receive all cancellation requests in writing by February 20, 2025. Email cancellation requests to [email protected]. All refunds will be processed 3-6 weeks after the conference and will be assessed an $100 administrative fee. All sales are final after February 20, 2025. Substitutions can be made by contacting registration at [email protected].
